See Opportunity!
JA Career Success Workshop is a statewide initiative that connects high schools, higher education, and the business community in an effort to close the employability skills gap, build New Jersey's future workforce pipeline, and prepare thousands of students for success after graduation.

These high-energy, one day events are held at New Jersey colleges and university campuses and corporate headquarters, giving high school students and opportunity to experience life as a college student or successful employee and explore NJ's key industry clusters and high-growth, high demand careers.

Volunteer from all career stages, industries and backgrounds mentor and coach students through a series of engaging activities that focus on soft skills collaboration, critical thinking, creativity and communications while sharing career advice and their world of work.

The curriculum aligns with New Jersey Student Learning Standards for 21st Century Life and Careers and is provided to schools at no cost.
