REALOGY EMPLOYEES RAISE $13,000 FOR JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT TO HELP STUDENTS IN NORTH JERSEY SCHOOL DISTRICTS

PARSIPPANY, N.J. (June 18, 2008) – Junior Achievement of New Jersey is proud to announce that employees of Realogy Corporation, the world’s largest real estate franchisor, raised $13,000 during its Second Annual Realogy Bowl-A-Thon held on June 3, 2008. The event benefited the Junior Achievement of New Jersey’s (JA-NJ’s) in-school and after-school programs that help students prepare to succeed in a global economy.

More than 100 Realogy employees from the Company’s headquarters location in Parsippany, N.J., volunteered to be sponsored as bowlers in the ’80s themed event that was embraced by many with team names like “Flock of Legals” and “The A Team.”

“We are grateful again this year to all the people at Realogy who came out to bowl and support this effort,” said Catherine Milone-Richards, president of JA-NJ. “Their ongoing commitment to the JA-NJ and all the children we support every day is very much appreciated.”

Through a dedicated volunteer network, JA provides in-school and after-school programs for students in grades K-12. JA offers workforce readiness programs that focus on seven key content areas: business, citizenship, economics, entrepreneurship, ethics/character, financial literacy, and career development.

Dave Weaving, chief administrative officer for Realogy and a JA -NJ State Board Member, expressed his pride as a participant and in the Bowl-A-Thon’s resounding success.  Weaving said, “This type of event is a great way to give back to the community, while building company spirit and camaraderie among our employees. We are proud to be part of a fundraiser that will directly help 400 school-age children have access to a variety of programs that will help guide their future.”

The event becomes a celebration for all participants as well as a way to thank employees for their involvement with JA.  Bowling fees and food are included at no cost to participants.  Team Captains collect their team goal ($600 per team of six people), turn it in at the event, and enjoy the party with their colleagues.
