PGB MENTORS NJ STUDENTS
JA Finance Park® is a no-cost to New Jersey schools, hands-on educational program that helps students grades 7-12 meet state standards and graduation requirements. In conjunction with Junior Achievement of New Jersey, on May 3 PGB volunteers Rick Barfuss, Larry Clifton, David Collum, Marge Dzwonczyk, Maureen Hemhauser, Anthony Iuso, Ken Lemmert, Christopher McManus, Janine Murtha, Rosanne Schwab, Glenn Straffi, Latosha Taylor and Peter Wallburg (below left) served as mentors, guiding students and facilitating conversations about real life budgeting and financial decision making. Each volunteer worked with a group of 6-10 students for a full-day of coaching, sharing stories of education and work experience while encouraging wise consumer choices. This high-impact experience was held at the JA Finance Park® facility in Edison, New Jersey.
