NJBIA’s ‘Bridging the Gap’ Not-for-Profit Summit to be Held on April 7
NJBIA will host its annual Not-for-Profit Summit on Thursday, April 7, continuing its exchange of ideas, resources, and networking to stimulate collaboration and form strategic partnerships.
The hybrid event will take place at the Holiday Inn in Clark, starting at 8:30 a.m.
“Bringing together not-for-profits and for-profits at this summit is a great way to help position both types of organizations for success,” NJBIA President and CEO Michele Siekerka said. “This will be an event that inspires new ideas and brings about valuable connections in the not-for-profit space.”
“The Collaborative Approach: Bridging the Gap for 2022” will feature keynote speaker Kiran Handa Gaudioso, CEO for the United Way of Northern New Jersey. UWNNJ serves communities across five counties, an area which includes 50 Fortune 500 companies.
Live and on-demand panel discussions, featuring 18 speakers, will include the following topics:
- The Power of Collaboration
- Turning It Off: Walking Away from Work to Find Balance and Emotional Well-Being
- Strategic Fundraising: Creating Value in a Competitive World
- Turning Contacts into Donors
NJBIA will also honor Vito F. Cardinale, founder and president of Cardinale Enterprises and Junior Achievement of New Jersey, with its annual “Collaborative Approach Award.” Each will be presented their award by Carol Stillwell, president and CEO of Stillwell-Hansen, Inc.
