Junior Achievement of New Jersey aims to prepare and inspire young people to succeed in a global economy. For the 2,300 New Jersey high school students who serve as JA High School Heroes, a unique opportunity is given to them to build employability skills that will be needed in the future for a successful career: collaboration, problem solving, communication, organization, and time management.
