A Laureate induction into the New Jersey Business Hall of Fame™ is a lifetime achievement award for individuals who have made a significant, positive impact on New Jersey. Inductees have consistently demonstrated throughout their professional lives:
Visionary, innovative leadership.
High ethical standards.
Through these accomplishments, Laureates serve as role models for the next generation of leaders, many of whom are currently Junior Achievement students. Laureates are inducted annually and are drawn from one of the following categories:
Those who are honored posthumously.
Those who are no longer active in a business for which they are being honored.
Those who are in the twilight of their careers.
Those who are in the prime of their careers.
Nomination Process & Selection:
Annual Laureate nominations are open to the public.
JANJ compiles and shares nominations with the Nomination Committee (consists of past Hall of Fame Honorees and event leadership).
Each Nomination Committee member selects their favorites.
JANJ analyzes results to determine the Class of Laureates.
Selected Laureates are notified, and attendance confirmed.
Laureates are announced to the public.
Laureates are formally inducted into the NJ Business Hall of Fame on event night.

Collaborate with JANJ on marketing and PR around Laureate induction.
